About me:

My love for the wild began long before I picked up a camera.

As a child growing up in South Africa, a school trip into the bush left an unexpected mark on me. Surrounded by the untamed rhythm of the African wilderness, something stirred deep inside — though I didn’t fully understand it at the time. That feeling never left.

Years later, in 2016, everything came into focus. Shortly after meeting my wife, I bought a humble bridge camera and took my first real steps into wildlife photography. That camera may have been small, but it opened a vast world — one I have been exploring ever since.

As an airline pilot, I have been fortunate to travel the world. But it is always the wild places that call me back — and over the years I have chased light and extraordinary moments across some of the most breathtaking landscapes on earth. From the sweeping savannahs of Kenya to the vast silence of Botswana, from the iconic landscapes of South Africa to the largely uncharted wildlife of the Middle East.

For me, photography is about capturing a moment in time and sharing the beauty of our earth. If my images inspire even one person to get out there and experience these places for themselves — or better yet, to protect them — then I’ve done my job. These animals and these wide open spaces are worth fighting for.

Conservation is at the heart of everything I do. I believe that if people can truly see the beauty of these places and the creatures that call them home, they will want to protect them. Protecting endangered species, preserving wild habitats, and raising awareness through the power of imagery — this is why I pick up my camera.

My fine art prints are carefully crafted on the highest grade fine art paper, guaranteed to last a lifetime. Each one brings the untamed world into your home, your office, your space. Vibrant, detailed, and full of life — they are not just photographs. They are moments of wonder, captured with patience, respect, and a deep love for the wild.

I hope they inspire in you the same sense of awe I feel every time I step into nature
